A career with us....

We believe that you and I are in control of our own limitations, who you are tomorrow begins with who you are today. As you are reading this page you are already mapping out your future and we hope to be part of that.

Cambridge Day Nursery fully supports colleagues new and old in our creative and warming enviroment. We pride ourselves on the wide range of training and learning opportunities that are on offer to our team. We are 100% committed to continuous professional development for all our staff. It isn't where you have come from but where you're going that counts for us.

It is our aim that every colleague feels they belong, that they feel part of the CDN family. We want and welcome family members to contribute to the success of the nursery. Every person and every childhas a voice and we listen to this. Colleagues are empowered to deliver the best for the child.

All childcare provisions have same priority, which is to ensure that children are kept safe. This is at the heart of everything we do from DBS checks of new colleagues to ensuring the fence around the building is safe. Safeguarding must be at the front of everything we do whilst trying not to be controlled by it, this approach is clear in the nursery and in your training.

We strongly believe that our family is very talented, dedicated and works very hard and so from time to time we feel it necessary to say thank you to our family with maybe Domino pizza lunch for all, an early evening drink at the local or a personal letter of thanks.

Oustanding doesn't mean perfect, Oustanding means always improving! Should you wish to take the next step in your career with Cambridge Day Nursery either as an Apprentice or Nursery Practitioner, please send us an email admin@cambridgedaynursery.co.uk or call us on 01223 566323

Help tomorrow's children become today's children.
