We are open Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 6.00pm

51 weeks of the year

Places at our nursery are allocated on the basis of where the child lives and what local provision is available. All three and four year olds are entitled to 15 hours free early learning per week. It can be claimed the term after their 3rd birthday. If your child is attending our nursery we will send you the paperwork you need to make the claim. You can get more information here.

This is our schedule of fees effective from 1st September 2022.

Fees are reviewed annually and we reserve the right to alter them at any time.

All Pre-School rates are subject to a flexibility supplement fee of £11.00 per day. Pre-School fee’s do not reflect the deducted of funding hours.

Sibling discount: 10% off the eldest child's fees, registration fee is waived but the full deposit is due.

Late collection fees: £10 per every 5 minutes

For the occasional extra hour above a 5 session a charge of £7.00 will be made, more than that will be considered a full half day session. Regular booking above 5 hours session will be charged at the full day rate. Cambridge Day Nursery invoices monthly in advance and fees are due to clear in our account by the 7th of each month. Fees paid late, without prior management consent, will incur a 5% surcharge.

Cambridge Day Nursery reserves the right to charge 5% above the Bank of England base rate on a daily basis on any long term outstanding fees and to make an administration charge of £25. Cambridge Day Nursery reserves the right to suspend your child's attendance where fees are outstanding without prior management consent in writing.

Funding at Cambridge Day Nursery

We are part of the Nursery Education Scheme; the funding is available from the term after an individual child's 3rd birthday - please check details with us if you are unsure.

Registration

Registration fee of £70 (non refundable).

We operate a waiting list when the nursery is full, in which case we will ask for £20 fee to put your child's name on the waiting list, with the remaining £50 payable when we are able to offer a place. (If your child is only attending with funded hours, there is no charge)

Deposit: £250 (refundable against your last month's invoice) is payable prior to your child's start date. We do however reserve the right to retain the deposit if your child leaves the nursery within three months of their start date. Deposit is only required on fee paying place.
